**Job Title: Lead Facilities Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Facilities Technician to service and maintain 12 properties within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and handling tenant improvement tasks including fixtures and light bulbs.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple properties.
+ Perform tenant improvement and handyman tasks, including carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
+ Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and MEP tasks as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building automation, boilers, and fixtures.
+ Ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently with a high level of customer service.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and boiler maintenance.
+ Strong skills in facilities maintenance and carpentry.
+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance and customer service.
+ Experience with building automation systems and electrical troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Special Boilers License (Preferred).
+ EPA certification.
+ 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
+ Experience in HVAC operations.

Work Environment
The role involves working across 28 buildings on 12 property campuses, predominantly commercial settings like dental, healthcare, and chiropractic clinics with a 90% tenant capacity. This requires excellent customer service skills. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation with five others.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $104000.00/yr.
Company vehicle from day 1. Ability to grow quickly into leadership roles as previously tenured employees recently retired. Health/dental/vision insurance.
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Oakdale,MN.
