Job Title: Lead Facilities Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled facilities technician to oversee the service and maintenance of 12 properties within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement tasks, and general handyman duties such as fixtures and light bulb replacements.

ResponsibilitiesConduct preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple properties.Perform tenant improvement and handyman tasks including fixtures and light bulb replacements.Execute general painting, carpentry, and patchwork in construction tasks.Handle MEP tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as needed.Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, boilers, building automation, and electrical systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in plumbing, HVAC, and boiler maintenance.Experience in facilities maintenance and carpentry.Ability to conduct preventive maintenance and provide exceptional customer service.Competence in commercial facilities maintenance, including painting, drywall, and fixture installation.Additional Skills & QualificationsSpecial Boilers License is required.EPA Universal certification is a nice-to-have.Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance.Experience with HVAC systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role involves maintaining 28 buildings across 12 property campuses, all commercial entities such as dental clinics, healthcare clinics, and chiropractic clinics with a 90% tenant capacity. Customer service is vital in this role, as the properties encompass approximately 1 million square feet. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with an on-call rotation shared among five colleagues.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $104000.00/yr.
