Qualifications/Requirements:
Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Experience and knowledge of aerodynamics and high-fidelity Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) methods to model flows in and around aircraft engine components. Ability to investigate, model and provide critical insight into complex physical flow phenomena.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Good communication skills and ability to interface with senior leaders and customers with clarity and confidence. Previous experience leading and managing projects, stakeholders and funding is a plus.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Desired Characteristics:
The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 31st, 2026.
