Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Exploring multiple design options for the mechanical component and assembly detail design with 3D CAD models;

Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability;

Developing engineering design concepts for components and electromechanical assemblies that have tough requirements for size, precision, reliability and cost;

Developing and maintaining mechanical subsystem quality as well as the quality of integration of these designs into the complete system with following GEHC quality procedure;

Developing smart transmission structure drove by the motor;

Validating product sub-system reliability performance;

Conducting analysis of in-field products or new products reliability using FMEA, DFR tools

Job Qualifications

Candidate must have over 5 years of experience in related field, especially the design of large and complex systems.

Experience in the following technologies is an advantage: FEA, Sheet metal, Casting, Automatic control, Machining.

Experience in mechanical CAD tool, like Pro/E is a must.

Experience in foreign company or abroad is an advantage

Experience in these Industry is an advantage: Medical device, Crane manufacture Machine tools, Robotics, Car manufacturer …

Desired Characteristics

Bachelor Degree of mechanical engineering or above

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated basic program/project planning capability

High energy, good resistance to stress in certain phase of program needed

Good English skill in writing
