**Job Title: Lead Electrician** Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to work in Bethesda, MD, with responsibilities extending to sites across the DMV area. The role involves consulting and advising on electrical processes and projects, followed by building and managing a team of electricians. Responsibilities + Consult and advise on electrical processes and projects. + Lead a team of 5 electricians, ensuring efficient project execution. + Work with high voltage equipment (480V and above). + Oversee installation in secured facilities. + Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure safety compliance. + Interpret and work from blueprints and other technical drawings. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr. This position is eligible for company-paid medical insurance, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, long-term disability, 401(K) retirement plan, and our employee assistance program (EAP).
