**Position Summary**
+ Oversee the consolidation process and preparation of the consolidated financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows).
+ Evaluate the accounting and financial statement impact of various operating, investing and financing transactions which may occur from time to time.
+ Prepare and present fluctuation analysis’ over the consolidated Enterprise financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows) to senior finance leaders
+ Coordinate and review the preparation of certain disclosures included in Company’s financial statements and related footnotes and develop analytical procedures to ensure accuracy of such disclosures.
+ Coordinate with the various business unit Controllers to identify and resolve consolidation related issues and ensuring deliverables and ensure consolidation process completes in required timeframes.
+ Develop robust controls to ensure statements of cash flows, topside adjustments and elimination entries are recorded completely and accurately.
+ Ensure financial statement changes are appropriately scrutinized, mapped and reported to the consolidated level within S-4.
+ Governance over the general ledger platform and manage related initiatives, including ledger platform integrations/consolidations.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Certified Public Accountant
+ Ten to fifteen years of demonstrated experience in an accounting position, with knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP.
+ Strong financial and technical accounting skills
+ Executive presence to work with key partners from all parts of the business
+ Proven leadership skills to develop and lead the team
+ Able to effectively employ both written and interpersonal skills in accomplishing the required tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Retail, Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or Insurance experience is preferred
+ Big 4 Public Accounting Experience
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
