What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional agile squad supporting the Online Insurance platform. You’ll help drive the day-to-day product development from discovery through to release, own the product life-cycle, and define and monitor metrics that measure the success of the product.
RBCI Digital is a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization where collaboratively tackling ambiguity is essential to personal, team, and customer success. The right candidate needs to be an owner of their portfolio and make strategic product decisions informed by data. You will work closely with business teams, leaders, and dedicated user experience design and engagement teams in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences.
What will you do?
Manage the product life cycle from conception through to release and beyond by collaborating with developers, design, product management, operations, as well as business and functional partnersWork in an agile environment, implement agile best practices with the squad and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risksTranslate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, designs, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaPrioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing the requirements and inputs of multiple stakeholdersConduct competitive intelligence and gather industry and trend insightsEstablish KPIs and OKRs that are suitable stretch goals and ensure that they can be measured and adjusted as neededWhat do you need to succeed?
Must have:
5+ years of digital product management experience or relevant finance or insurance domain-specific experienceThrive in an environment of ambiguity and constant changeStrong communication skills and ability to initiate decisions and discussions without much guidance.Resourceful problem solving to help deliver critical initiatives for our business and clients.Strong story-telling acumen to create powerful, detailed insights that support data-driven decision making, and convert insights into tangible benefits to the business.Strong team player, who can roll up their sleeves when required, and is able to lead and influence product conversations.Comfortable working with data to measure product performance (ie. Google Analytics, Amplitude) and develop reports for executive audiencesNice to have:
Previous experience working on authentication (ie. Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$105,000.00 - $155,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
