Lead Digital Operations - Strategic Program Manager

This individual will play a key role shaping and executing key omni-channel initiatives and collaborating with partners across the business. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support the creation and execution of AT&Ts omni-channel strategy ensuring tight cohesion and coordination across short and long-term digital initiatives. + Partner with teams including but not limited to supply chain, technology, brand, legal, product, operations, and channel teams to collaborate and execute work in new ways. + Source and identify adjacent and congruent initiatives and approaches inside and outside of AT&T to ensure a coherent and modern approach to strategic workstreams. + Lead and create forums that streamline communications, decision making, and collaboration to ensure efficient and effective execution of work. (Example: Stand-ups, workshops, stakeholder updates, and retrospectives.) + Create and hydrate artifacts that help provide context and clarity that promote debate and decision making for key decisions. (Journey maps, experience strategies, requirements, whitepapers, dashboards, roadmaps, workback plans, etc.) **Qualifications** : + 6-10 years of experience leading complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders with proven and quantifiable customer and business outcomes. + A passion for deeply understanding customer pain points paired with strong business acumen with experience in research, design, product and program management. + Experience working with cross discipline teams with experience working in a matrixed environment. + Proven experience in program management, strategic planning, and partnering with a diverse set of internal and external teams to drive results. + A growth and enterprise mindset. Our **Lead** **Digital Operations,** earn between **$143,800 - $215,800 USD** annually, in addition to benefits including benefits such as health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and discounts on products and services.
