Position Overview: This role will be a key member of the AT&T Digital organization focused on building and evolving new ways to drive digital adoption that improves the customer experience and drives business outcomes. This individual will be responsible for managing a new digital innovation lab and leading key strategic programs focused on improving digital adoption and the customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

​Lead​ and manage the Digital Innovation Lab at AT&Ts HQ that will pilot new concepts and experiences blending  digital and physical experiences. Partner with internal and external teams to blend market, industry, and customer research into cohesive strategies that lead to new ways to serve customers and drive business outcomes.Lead and coordinate the sourcing, identification, and execution of key experiments brought into the lab including the success criteria, relevant partner teams, and own the outcomes for customers, employees, and shareholders. Collaborate ​with teams across AT&T ensure budgets, timelines and plans are clearly documented and communicated. Develop and monitor ​key metrics, dashboards, and reports that help integrate and modernize human and digital channels in new ways.Build and manage playbooks that memorialize new approaches to working that promote collaboration, coordination, and solving complex challenges in new ways.

Qualifications:

6-10 years of experience leading complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders with proven and quantifiable customer and business outcomes.Experience driving transformation at a Fortune 500 company with agency experience a bonus. Strong analytical skills and financial acumen paired with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate a point of view that includes a well-rounded perspective balancing customer, employee, and shareholder outcomes.A growth and enterprise mindset.

Our Lead Digital Customer Growth, earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD annually, in addition to benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and discounts on products and services. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
