Role Overview:

The Digital Strategy Lead will be responsible for delivering a meticulously curated 5-year digital roadmap for digital products. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer satisfaction, digital implementation and be an expert in delivering data driven recommendations. This role will analyze current product performance, analyze complex datasets to identify optimization areas that will provide incremental growth that track against 5-year goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and meticulously curate the 5-year digital roadmap.Champion initiatives that keep cross functional teams aligned to the digital roadmapAnalyze complex datasets to identify areas to reduce a digital footprint, while streamlining the customer experience, increasing conversion and reducing friction.Benchmark AT&T’s digital performance against industry standards and internal goals

Qualifications:

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing or go-to-market (GTM) executionStrong ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendationsSkilled in tailoring communications for diverse, cross-functional audiencesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of the digital experience, including design and customer satisfaction.Familiarity with content and campaign performance toolsExperience in digital technology deliveryBackground in telecom, digital media, or subscription-based modelsAdvanced proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, and Tableau
