WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts
Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales—preferably in a high-tech, SaaS, or B2B environment.
Proven success in generating leads and experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches. History of quota over-achievement. Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable discussing technology topics. Understanding of SMB market dynamics and buying behaviors is a plus.
· Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM, plus outreach tools
Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills
Must reside in Greenville, South Carolina.

The base salary range for this position is $18.49- $18.50/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
