As a Lead Data Analysis your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting and Visualization: Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports in Power BI to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and drive business decisions.
• Data Modeling and DAX Proficiency: Design and maintain efficient data models and relationships; develop advanced DAX formulas to enable robust and scalable Power BI reporting.
• Business & Domain Knowledge: Leverage your experience in the prepaid wireless industry and your understanding of supply chain and retail sales operations to generate relevant, actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and present complex findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Tools: Power BI, SQL, Other relevant data and ETL tools

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science, Math, etc.Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience, including significant hands-on Power BI report creation.Experience in the prepaid wireless space, and supporting supply chain or retail sales organizations, highly preferred.Proficiency in Data Visualization, Data Modeling, Power BI / DAX –
Ability to transform complex data into interactive, easy-to-understand visuals. Creating dashboards and reports that highlight key trends and actionable insights. Ability to guide users through a cohesive data narrative. Writing DAX formulas in Power BI for calculated columns and measures. Designing relational data models within Power BI.Business and Domain Knowledge –
Understanding the business (wireless industry, prepaid industry, supply chain, retail sales) context to ensure reports are relevant, actionable, and tailored to stakeholder needs. Ability to interpret business requirements into technical needs and the reverse.Communication and Stakeholder Engagement –
Communicate insights effectively with stakeholders. Explain technical findings in a clear, non-technical way. Gathering requirements and incorporating feedback to build and refine reports. Conducting training and walkthroughs to empower users.Compensation Offered:
Our Lead Data Analysis earns between $116,700 - $175,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
