Job Summary:
As a Lead Cybersecurity ServiceNow, you will support Integrated Risk Management (IRM) initiatives and to support execution of technology risk initiatives. You will be responsible for managing technology solutions, analytics capabilities, and reporting to ensure the efficient and effective management of technology risk. You will provide leadership and support for Technology Risk GRC tooling initiatives and advocate for best practices, while aligning technology risk objectives with the capabilities of ServiceNow IRM ensuring business value realization, process maturity, and reducing technology risk. You will utilize risk-based management to integrate information and technology risk processes into the way AT&T operates. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.
What You Will Do:
Support the design, build, execution, and maintenance of a leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) system, align business/regulatory needs into functional requirements, support risk reporting initiatives, and executive risk reporting.
Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical/functional requirements.
Lead and optimize automated workflows within ServiceNow GRC, incorporating AI-driven automation and driving process innovation to maximize operational efficiency and reduce manual effort specifically in controls testing and issue management functionality.
Generate comprehensive, auditable artifacts—including change management documentation, data extracts, executive summaries, and exception reports—directly from ServiceNow to support governance, transparency, and audit readiness.
Apply advanced program management principles and expert knowledge across the ServiceNow CMDB and GRC infrastructure, focusing on effective management of risks and controls
Provide thought leadership on GRC tool strategy, automation, and integration opportunities.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Cybersecurity preferred
5+ years of work experience in GRC or IRM domains with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience with a GRC tool at a global company
Strongly rated skills in Risk program execution, project management and problem solving
Knowledge of information and technology risk management policies, methods, standards, frameworks, tools, and processes (e.g. COBIT, NIST, ITIL) as well as knowledge of compliance, legal, internal / external audit & regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI)
Experience in multiple industry risk, control, and governance disciplines (e.g., Audit, Information Security, Regulatory Compliance) Experience with ServiceNow GRC capabilities (e.g., Integrated Risk Management), automation, integrations and reporting tools like performance analytics, Power BI , MS Office)
Strong background at creating structure from ambiguity to deliver repeatable and sustainable results
Effective at navigating large corporations and governance structures

Our Lead Cybersecurity earns between $128,400-$192,600 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
