Our client, a leader in customer service excellence, is seeking a Lead Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Lead Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting a dynamic team of specialists. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Lead Customer Service Rep
**Location:** San Leandro, CA
**Pay Range:** $23.00/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Directly organize and supervise day-to-day operations and activities of a customer service team in order to achieve key performance goals.
+ Support the building and developing of an effective and high-performance team.
+ Maintain daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports.
+ Analyze department results and troubleshoot operational problems.
+ Serve as point of escalation for transactions requiring advanced expertise to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
**What's Needed?**
+ 4 years of experience in a customer service role troubleshooting and handling complex transactions with 1-year team lead experience.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
+ Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
+ Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
