Responsibilities:
Assist the sous chefs in running the kitchen and overseeing the teamFollow recipes, use proper knife skills, and apply cooking techniques to ensure consistencyShare your knowledge and passion for food with customers by suggesting meal ideas using products from departments around the storeManage employee performance, including training, feedback and development opportunitiesRequirements:
2+ years of prep or line cook experienceExperience leading a teamFood safety and quality assurance knowledge
