We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Consultant with extensive experience in Microsoft Teams and other Unified Communication platforms. The ideal candidate will have:

Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams, including its configuration, deployment, and management.You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization by leveraging Microsoft Teams' capabilities such as chat, video meetings, file storage, and app integration.Additionally, you should be proficient in managing Teams Phone, including direct routing, Operator Connect, and Microsoft Teams Calling Plans 1.Strong understanding of other Unified Communication platforms and technologies. This includes experience with VoIP, PSTN, and audio/video conferencing solutions.You should be adept at integrating these platforms with existing IT infrastructure and ensuring their optimal performance.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential, as you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a multi-layered network environment.Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and task prioritization, are also crucial for success in this role 1.

Our Lead Consultant Prof Services ATC, earn between $120,200 - $180,200 + commissions with a total target compensation of $150,200 - $210,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
