Drive the end-to-end commercialization lifecycle for AT&T’s products and services, accelerating revenue growth and market share by implementing innovative go-to-market strategies and driving data-driven optimization.
**What you’ll do**
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ In this role, you will **design, develop, and** **execute promotional offers for Wireline, Fixed Wireless, and Mobility products across all business segments** , including Small Business, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise. You will lead the strategic design, operational planning, and activation of Business Mobility offers and promotions from concept through launch and post‑launch support.
+ You will be responsible for understanding and evaluating promotional performance across segments, sales channels, devices, rate plans, and contract types. Key performance indicators include performance versus forecast and achievement of quarterly commitments. The role requires strong critical thinking to inform promotional strategy, offer design, and competitive intelligence, as well as close collaboration with cross‑functional partners including sales, marketing, advertising, online teams, technical partners, and other stakeholders who leverage mobility promotions.
+ Operating in a fast‑paced and highly competitive environment, you will perform quantitative analysis to assess promotion effectiveness by segment and channel and identify key drivers of performance. This includes managing and visualizing data using tools such as Power BI. You will also oversee operational execution, including building and testing promotion codes, validating promotional credits, and ensuring credits apply accurately and as intended.
+ Additionally, this role includes project management responsibilities to ensure promotions are operationally sound and effective from launch through billing and ongoing lifecycle management.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
+ 5+ years of related experience.
+ Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Commercialization, earns between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, aneducation/training.
