About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Closing Specialist in Boarding & Funding as a part of Commercial Banking Operations Division.
In this role, you will:
Complete pre-close and post-close documents for the most complex commercial real estate loansCoordinate loan closings, perform customer, loan and regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio maintenanceEvaluate and upload data into the systems of recordResearch complex business and operational decisionsReview and prepare loan related documentsEnsure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirementsProvide guidance and training to peers and may have limited supervisory responsibilitiesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal and external customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
