Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group administrative operationsProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Banking Portfolio ManagementReview credit information of loans for companies and industriesRespond to customer inquiries, generate status reports for management or bankers and contact available sources of informationPerform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationIndependently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to teamLead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and proceduresProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management on wide range of informationAnalyze real estate related documents like Appraisal , Lease agreementsProvide support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team and more experienced individuals in the credit approval processPerform complex credit investigations on companies and industriesUtilize knowledge and interpretation of procedures to direct less experienced individualsInteract with immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review process of companies for providing creditsUnderstand the feedback received from the reviewers and implement the same in their day to day work.Quality check of work performed by junior team members and provide appropriate feedback on the same.Deliver quality work product within agreed upon timelines.Ability to properly escalate issues or complaints in a timely manner.Able to support his/her FLM in preparing the internal reports like performance report, Daily/Weekly Monthly reports and dashboardsPrepare/design training programs, learning curve design with examples/samples/test cases. Provide progress plan for team members.Prepare PDP packs, process documents should be up to date and email should send to onshore partners for the approvalJob Expectations
At least a B. Com or an equivalent degree preferably MBAShould have 6+ years of work experience.Sound analytical thinking / high attention to detail with focus on research across various platformsDemonstrates strong ownership of work, ability to work independently, able to taken judgement calls with realistic assumption and ability to articulate and present in the narratives.Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills to work across time zoneMust be comfortable working independently and as part of a teamExperience in assessing credit worthiness of borrower based on various qualitative and quantitative factorsAbility to read, comprehend and synthesize data regarding borrower performance / market related information from multiple sources into one prescribed template.Advanced excel skills would be a plusPosting End Date:
