Temp-to-Hire position$42.00 to $50.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 01:30am)Lead and oversee daily workflow, quality checks, and scheduling Read and interpret blueprints Program, edit and optimize CNC machines using MastercamTroubleshoot machining issues, tooling problems, and setup errorsAssist with training and onboarding of new machinists as the swing shift team is establishedLead CNC Machinist Qualifications:
Proficiency in MastercamExperience using SolidWorksStrong manual CNC operating and setup skillsMinimum 3 years in a Lead or Supervisor role for swing shiftAbility to read blueprints, GD&T, and machining specsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWage will include a $3 shift differentialApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
