Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Sales position responsible for identifying and closing network, strategic services, professional services, and wireless opportunities within Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) accounts.Work collaboratively with the Natural Resources vertical of customers to understand their mission, concerns, and requirements.  Ensure that AT&T is fulfilling the needs of Department of Agriculture, Health and Human Services and Social Security Administration.Responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business management of assigned accounts.Highly motivated self-starter capable of working collaboratively within AT&T, vendor, and system integrator partner communities to fulfill customer requirements.   Must possess knowledge of Federal Government customers.  Occasional travel may be required.Demonstrates broad and working knowledge of entire product/service line.Develops responses to Request for Proposals as needed.Support in the overall account management (Orders, Billing and Support Requests).Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge/applications, utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures, and culture.

Required Qualifications:

Washington, DC area based.10-15 years’ experience with Federal Government Customers and the FAR.Knowledge of, and experience with, Voice and Data Networking Technologies.Experience in Business Development and proposal preparation.Knowledge of DC Federal Government contracting space.Able to work independently when provided with broad objectives.Able to work on multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining professional composure.Effectively conveys ideas, facts, and directions in either written or verbal form.Strong networking and negotiation skills 

OurSales Executives earn a base salary between $122,000 - $183,000 + commission with a total target compensation of $197,000 - $258,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
