Lead Campaign Analytics & Data Science Consultant
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Lead Campaign Analytics & Data Science Consultant to join our growing Marketing Analytics team as part of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL). In this role you will partner with stakeholders and play a pivotal role for various marketing campaigns aimed at assessing key marketing levers for future optimization and developing solid actionable inflight reporting for continuous refinement of our marketing campaigns. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) . **In this role, you will:** + Measure and quantify the success of CSBB Marketing campaigns while inflight and via post campaign deep dives + Communicate actionable insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a non-technical audience of varying levels + Lead complex initiatives and deliverables by utilizing data-driven, advanced analytical, statistical techniques, algorithms, or models to make actionable insights, trends, recommendations, or contribute to large-scale planning that has a broader impact + Review and analyze complex, large structured and unstructured data sets from various sources, requiring an in-depth hypothesis generation and advanced analysis of variable factors to convert data into meaningful insights and recommendations + Independently analyze and resolve complex issues and lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of analytic capabilities + Execute analytical experiments and create innovative statistical technics to discover solutions for abstract business problems across various domains + Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements + Interpret and analyze data, using advanced analytics methods and programming, to recommend ways to solve problems and influence business decisions and strategies + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to drive recommendations and strategies based on data-driven analytical insights, trends, and patterns that will resolve issues and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of data science experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science **Desired Qualifications:** + 2+ years of previous marketing campaign analytics experience + Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisions + Proficiency in SQL, Python / R, and other programming languages + Proficiency in Data visualization preferably with Tableau + Experience with large production data sets + Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines + Expertise in statistical testing + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams + Experience with technical systems and business processes extracting data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements + Hands-on experience of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) and data warehousing for purposes of integrating different data sources **Job Expectations:** + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. + This position offers a hybrid work schedule. **Posting End Date:** 1/28/26 _*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. **Posting Location(s):** + 401 S Tryon St. – Charlotte, North Carolina 28202 + 333 Market St. – San Francisco, California 94105 + 3075 Loyalty Cir. – Columbus, Ohio 43219 Required locations listed. **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
