**Job Title: Cable Technician**
**Job Description**
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the installation and service departments of the branch, including training, delegating tasks, and nurturing a high-performance team. This is a 100% support role, responsible for overseeing a team of four technicians—two installers and two service technicians. The role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, with a balanced split between the two.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise the installation and service departments of the branch.
+ Train and delegate tasks to a team of four technicians.
+ Nurture a high-performance team environment.
+ Oversee both residential and commercial projects.
+ Ensure compliance with fire and electrical codes.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of experience as a lead technician in the electronic security/low-voltage industry.
+ Experience in security system installation, fire alarm installation, CCTV, and axis controls.
+ Experience in installing, designing, and repairing electronic systems.
+ Knowledge of fire and electrical codes.
+ Valid driver's license.
**Shift**
+ 1st shift (7:30am-4:30pm)
**Job Location**
+ Jackson, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
