This individual will be a key contributor to supporting our clients, managing tickets, and leading ad-hoc project work. As part of the wider Business Transformation team, this role will require a blend of technical expertise, client relationship management and senior business analytical skills to lead Yardi-centric projects, driving efficiency and innovation within EU PM teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Yardi platform, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Yardi solutions. It is expected that this role will also manage and lead external stakeholders with elements of training and troubleshooting also required to support the use of Yardi. Travel may be required a few times a year to attend conferences and team days. **Responsibilities:** **1) Project Leadership & Implementation** + Lead and participate in Yardi implementation, upgrades, and enhancements, including leading business analyst activities on complex transformations and application integrations. + Oversee end-to-end scoping and documentation of functional and business requirements, ensuring accuracy and relevance. + Conduct comprehensive gap analysis between local solutions and the platform, owning solutions directly with each country and collaborating with the business and product teams were required. + Develop and document project plans, timelines, and deliverables, managing project scope, budget, and resources effectively. + On occasion, conduct software demos to showcase Yardi capabilities to clients and stakeholders + Contribute to root cause analysis on Yardi enhancements and process optimization for continuous improvement. **2) Client Support & Ticket Management** + Provide expert-level support to clients on all aspects of the Yardi platform, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, configuring and customizing Yardi modules. + Respond to and resolve client tickets in a timely and professional manner. + Action, lead, and drive forward "level 2" product level tickets assigned by the "level 1" Yardi helpdesk. + Collaborate with the "level 1" helpdesk team to ensure clear escalation processes. + Liaise with Yardi to ensure tickets are raised correctly and escalated appropriately. + Attend joint ticket calls and provide advice where required. **3) Business Support & Training** + Provide training to the "level 1" team and/or business stakeholders on self-service tasks, empowering them to resolve issues independently. + Build and maintain strategic relationships with the business and key stakeholders and support on target clients providing Yardi expertise. + Support the maintenance of self-service materials including the Property Management sharepoint and training materials for business stakeholders. + Stay up-to-date with the latest Yardi updates, features, and best practices. + Provide expertise in developing functional and business requirements for company-specific and client projects. + Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and skills through ongoing training and feedback. **AD Responsibilities** **Leading self** + Leads the ability to drive improvements in business processes resulting in system utilisation and efficiency. + Leading business analyst activities on more complex transformations and application integrations. + Exhibits change management skills, managing resistance to change and achieving positive outcomes for both employees and the company. + Displays great problem-solving skills, leading and resolving identified issues. + Excellent stakeholder management capabilities. + Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels of management. **Leading others** + Leads the understanding of process management resulting in increased usage of product, effectively managing business functions and teams and collaborating with task assignment for other business analysts. + Oversees the end-to-end scoping and documentation of functional and business requirements, ensuring accuracy and relevance. + Conducts comprehensive gap analysis between local solutions and the platform, driving task prioritisation and requirement specifications. **Leading Clients** + Builds and maintains strategic relationships with the business and key stakeholders, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor. + Serves as a lead subject matter expert across multiple products and/or regions, confidently preparing and providing process and/or application demos to (internal/external) clients without senior support. + Analyses, clarifies, and validates internal and external functional business requirements, ensuring alignment with client (internal/external) expectations. + Develops materials and supports comprehensive end user training, both in group and one-on-one sessions, tailored to the audience's needs. + Possesses the ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to colleagues and clients, facilitating understanding and decision-making. **Leading CBRE** + Drives the development of functional and business requirements for company-specific and client projects, contributing to overall strategy and growth. + Collaborates with Business and Product Management Support teams to ensure quality assurance, adherence to best practices resulting in continuous improvement. + Mentor, coach and develop team members fostering their professional growth and skills through ongoing training and feedback + Develops comprehensive relationships with third-party suppliers, liaising on system development and issue resolution, ensuring seamless collaboration and progress.
