Lead Business Systems Analyst, GFT

Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

In this role, you will be responsible for business & system analysis activities on medium to large size GenAI projects. You will demonstrate advanced knowledge and ability, and can apply competency in new or complex situations and guide other professionals. You will be responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, and management.

What will you do?

Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities for GenAI initiatives

Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review

Lead and support proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define success criteria

Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodology

Collaborating with IT teams to design systems, tools, or strategies that align with business needs.

Apply advanced analysis techniques to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through to implementation

Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards

Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates

Work with the Dev and QA team to ensure proper understanding of requirements, and if necessary, test the solution against the requirements

Work closely with development team & business stakeholders to ensure Analytics requirements are understood & implemented

Translate basic UI design concepts and elements so that special requirements can be conveyed to the Development/UX team through prototypes or via mockups, as well as to business stakeholders

What do you need to Succeed?

 Must have:

4+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst

Experience working on GenAI related products and technologies

Experience with both web and mobile apps as well as user stories, business and systems specification, business context diagrams and business process maps

Experience working on both Agile and Waterfall projects

Experience of Requirements management and excellent communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, Backlog Management

Nice-to-have: 

AI Product Management experience

AI Research experience

Domain Knowledge in at least on of HR, Risk Management, Finance.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS of GCP
