About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Business Execution Consultant – Know Your Customer (KYC) Journey Designer
Shared Services Operations (SSO) needs a high energy, autonomous, and focused senior level individual to learn existing KYC journeys and design our future state with all focus on the customer. This person will work with the operations teams to understand their pain points and create solutions to move from existing workflow solutions to target state and care for all risks during the transitional period. The role is required to design, and process map end-to-end KYC solutions for AML journeys.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Process Mapping, Customer Experience, Workflow Design and Product.
