In this role, you will: 

Analytics, Insights & Valuations 

Utilize analytical tools such as Python, R, and SAS to manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets (e.g., customer level and block group level data) to generate insights and inform strategy. Interpret and apply outputs from geospatial analytics (GIS) and AI/Machine Learning models to support business decision-making. Collect, clean, validate, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analysis. Develop business cases and perform financial valuations that help leaders understand the economic impact and feasibility of proposed initiatives. Package analytics, valuations, insights into executive ready presentations 

Execution & Collaboration 

Execute moderately complex, cross functional initiatives by partnering with strategy, finance, data science, operations, and technology teams. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve analytical tools, automation, data processes, and reporting frameworks. Support compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements across all assigned initiatives. 

 
Required Qualifications: 

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 

 
Desired Qualifications: 

Proficiency in building executive ready presentations and slides Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and visualizations that drive analytical insights Advance Experience with: SQL, SAS, Teradata, Python, Power BI Experience creating automated dashboards in Power BI Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and tools. Previous analytics experience in banking or consulting industries 

 
Job Expectations: 

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
