Lead Business Execution Consultant -Architecture and Design

In this role, you will: 

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

 
Required Qualifications: 

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of demonstrated architectural design experience1+ years of AutoCAD experience

 
Desired Qualifications: 

Architecture or Interior design degreeExperience managing architects and architectural firms Adobe Photoshop experienceFreehand Sketch experienceMust have good understanding of retail designProficiency in design and construction project management applications, as well as MS Excel and other MS Office applicationsExperience managing projects in multiple geographiesSelf-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically , diagnose opportunities and implement operationally.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines, coupled with a commitment to the highest quality standards and an eye for detailProven change management experience with solid decision-making skills and analytical abilityProven strong relationship management skills and demonstrated success in building partnerships, collaborating and influencing at senior levels across lines of business as well as with corporate partnersTakes ownership for responsibilities and for management of risk exposureA seasoned , relationship-driven professional who will have the style and sensitivity to work within a highly complex business environmentExhibits excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
