Job Summary:\rAs a Lead BI Analyst on the Population Health Data Analytics team, you will work in a dynamic Data & Insights organization supporting analytics and reporting. Collaborate with Customers and Data Integration Teams:\ra. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Data Integration (DI) teams to understand data analysis needs, governance requirements, and implementation strategies.\rb. Develop interim data solutions to address immediate business needs while long-term data models are being built.\r2. Design and Implement Data Models:\ra. Required\rMinimum 5 years Experience managing projects or leading initiatives related to data analytics or business intelligence, demonstrating the ability to drive projects from conception to completion. Required\rExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
