Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Analytics Consultant in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Research and create data procurement strategies to resolve data barriers across complex sources. Collaborate with business leaders to develop insights in support of financial products and services capabilities. Maintain analytics data applications by conducting data quality reviews, resolving issues and fulfilling end user requests. Advance analytics capabilities by contributing to backlog management working independently and on project teams. Become the subject matter expert within analytics product domains and operational processes. Develop cross organizational partnerships that enable collaborative approach to requirements gathering and problem solving. Define and design data assembly procedures to deliver insights consistently and reliably. Contribute to development of analytic tools such as reports and dashboards that deliver information expediently for fact-based decision making. Monitor, evaluate and test business intelligence capabilities to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, contribute creative solution ideas, and assist with remediation efforts. Provide leadership in the identification and development of new research concepts and designs. Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed. Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Telecommuting is permitted up to 3 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Travel required:  International and domestic travel required up to 10% of time.

Required Qualifications:

Degree required: Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data Warehouse Systems, Database Operations, Process Engineering, Systems Integration, or related technical field.

Amount and type of experience required: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.

Specific skills required:

Experience with C ++, Python, Hadoop, Statistical model development, Model design and performance, Evaluation testing;Experience with JIRA and GitHub;Experience with VB.NET, SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata;Experience with IBM DB2, SSIS, Visual Studio, HTML, C#, and Structured Query Language;Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, Data Management, and Digital Enablement Technologies;Experience with ETL Automation.
