We're looking for a hands‑on Lead .NET Developer to guide the design and delivery of modern web applications built on C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Angular. You'll balance technical leadership with active development-setting standards, mentoring developers, conducting reviews, and ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions make it to production.

Proven experience leading full‑stack .NET projects in a Lead capacity.Advanced proficiency in C#Strong front‑end experience with Angular (latest supported versions)Expert SQL Server skills (T‑SQL, query optimization, indexing, transactions, execution plans).Solid grasp of software architecture patterns (layered, hexagonal, microservices), REST principles, and asynchronous programming.Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineers and leading design discussions.
