Make It Possible.** As the SAP Deployment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic rollout and continuous optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Enterprise Resource Planning Central Component (ECC) solutions across our North and Central America (Canada, United States, and Mexico). This position requires deep expertise in SAP EWM and ECC, warehouse processes for both Direct Store Delivery and Warehouse Delivered models, as well as familiarity with project management methodology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams through all phases of deployment – from planning to execution – ensuring each implementation delivers measurable improvements to operational efficiency. A strong focus on customer centricity and end-user experience is essential for measuring success. **How you will contribute** You will: + Lead SAP EWM and ECC Deployments: Drive the strategic rollout of SAP EWM and ECC solutions across North and Central America (Canada, United States, and Mexico). + Provide SAP Expertise: Apply deep expertise in SAP EWM and ECC, along with knowledge of warehouse processes for Direct Store Delivery and Warehouse Delivered models. + Manage Project Lifecycle: Collaborate with cross-functional teams through all phases of deployment, from planning to execution. + Ensure Operational Efficiency: Ensure each implementation delivers measurable improvements to operational efficiency. + Focus on Customer Centricity: Maintain a strong focus on customer centricity and end-user experience when implementing solutions. + Project Management: Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful implementations. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve deployment goals. + Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning for the rollout and optimization of SAP solutions. + Solution Optimization: Continuously optimize SAP EWM and ECC solutions to meet evolving business needs. + Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of each implementation. ​ **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + SAP EWM and ECC Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Enterprise Resource Planning Central Component (ECC) is essential. + Warehouse Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse processes for both Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Warehouse Delivered models. + Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies is required. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + SAP Implementation Experience: Experience leading SAP EWM and ECC deployments, ideally across multiple locations (North and Central America preferred). + Solution Optimization: Experience in continuously optimizing SAP solutions to meet evolving business needs. **Education Requirement:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. + SAP certifications in EWM and/or ECC are highly desirable. **Travel requirements:** + 90% travel within Canada, Mexico, and the United States. (Primarily within the US) ​ **This is a remote based role in the United States.** **Salary Information:** The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
