Overview
The Employee Digital Experience team is looking for a Lead, Enterprise Operations to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

All About You
The Lead, Mobile Device Engineer (MDM) at Mastercard is responsible for enhancing the customer experience through innovative solutions in mobile device management. This role involves administration of various mobile device management systems, managing relationships with carriers, and overseeing global mobile refresh projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving user experiences while ensuring security and efficiency in mobile operations.

Responsibilities
•\tAdministration of Airwatch Mobile Device Management System, Mobile reCell, Calero and SentinelOne device protection systems.
•\tOffer and implement suggestions on improving security on mobile devices while maintaining the overall user experience.
•\tRelationship manager for US Carriers, Mobile reCell and Calero.
•\tManage the mobile refresh project globally.
•\tOnboard new apps into the Omnissa application.
•\tWork with service owners and vendors to offer new services to Mastercard employees.
•\tImplement automation and monitoring solutions for the entire mobile ecosystem.
•\tCreate training documentation, end-user communications and Intranet articles that communicate effectively to our end users.

Requirements
•\tAirWatch/Workspace UEM/Omnissa Mobile Device Management experience.
•\tExperience working with Carriers.
•\tAbility to look for complementary products or services that enhance end user experience.
•\tSkilled at explaining technical problems clearly.
•\tStrong writing and speaking skills to communicate vision and roadmap effectively to stakeholders.
•\tProactive in seeking potential solutions to solve problems.
