Our client, a dynamic logistics provider, is seeking a Lead, Customer Service Representative - ONSITE to join their team. As a Lead, Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the operations team supporting delivery services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Lead, Customer Service Representative - ONSITE
**Location:** Tucker, GA
**Pay Range: $19/hour**
**Shift:** Must be available Friday and Saturday; First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or Second Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor 30-40 daily routes and maintain direct communication with driver teams during deliveries.
+ Address driver performance concerns and escalate issues to contractor leadership as necessary.
+ Communicate with customers during in-home deliveries and de-escalate complaints effectively.
+ Direct driver teams returning from their routes and ensure compliance with check-in processes.
+ Serve as lead over CSR support staff during shifts, providing direction and support.
**What's Needed?**
+ Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
+ 3+ years of experience in dispatch, field operations, or logistics, preferably in appliance or furniture sectors.
+ Strong phone presence, assertive yet calm under pressure, capable of influencing others.
+ Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with live driver communication.
+ Reliable and professional demeanor, as this is a customer-facing position.
