Title: LCV EUCOM Kosovo: HR Associate Job Posting Description Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries. Job Summary The HR Associate supports the development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures designed to attract, retain, and support employees in alignment with organizational strategy. Working under direct supervision, this entry‑level professional performs routine HR tasks, develops core competencies, and resolves standard issues using established procedures. The position is located within the Local National Services Office and provides direct support to Local National (LN) employees, including staffing, scheduling, documentation, and general HR assistance. Roles and Responsibilities + Maintain accurate and up to date personnel files and documentation in accordance with retention and compliance requirements. + Enter, update, and verify employee information across HR systems, logs, and reports. + Review HR documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting. + Track pending HR actions and follow up to ensure timely completion. + Support staffing and recruitment activities, including requisition processing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. + Coordinate hiring and on-boarding processes, including documentation, access requests, and initial employee setup. + Process employees leave requests (e.g., vacation, unpaid leave, bereavement) and maintain related records. + Prepare KFOR Badging paperwork. • Provide basic HR support to LN employees and help resolve routine HR issues. + Ensure adherence to HR policies, organizational guidelines, and health, safety, and environmental procedures. + Route employee related communications to the appropriate HR leadership or supervisor when necessary. + Perform additional HR or administrative tasks as assigned by leadership. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. + Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook. + Must have drivers license B category. + Ability to successfully work with various levels of employees and management. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Intermediate English proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English at an intermediate level. + Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Prior HR experience, particularly in HR operations or employee services. + Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Workday, or similar). + Experience supporting Local National HR processes in Kosovo is an advantage. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. + Ability to multi-task and handle work with a sense of urgency.
