Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **We are searching for the best talent for a** **LCM System Engineer​** **role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.** **Purpose:** Responsible for full Life Cycle Management of all Testers & Calibration systems, including End‑of‑Life (EOL) processes, upgrades, improvements, and ongoing optimization. Leads POD (Proof of Design) activities for hardware, software, and process updates, and develops production support systems, testers, jigs, tools, and documentation. Provides technical support for production issues and drives innovative CIP (Cost Improvement Projects) to improve yields, product quality, process efficiency, data management, and overall cost effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage Life Cycle of Testers & Calibration systems, including EOL, upgrades, and continuous improvements. + Lead POD activities for HW, SW, and process updates. + Develop testers, production support systems, jigs, tools, processes, and documentation. + Investigate and resolve production issues and system‑related customer complaints. + Lead CIP initiatives to improve yields, product quality, process efficiency, and cost reduction. + Support and improve production processes across in‑house operations, global BW sites, affiliates, and subcontractors. + Review and evaluate production yields and performance. **Qualifications and Requirements:** + B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Electronics, or equivalent). + Minimum 3 years experience as a System Engineer. + Strong electronics knowledge and debugging capabilities. + Basic software understanding. + Experience in manufacturing support; medical device manufacturing — advantage. + Strong analytical skills, self‑motivation, innovation, and ability to multitask. + Team player with excellent problem‑solving abilities. **\#LI-AB6** **\#LI-Hybrid** **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:** Analytical Reasoning, Coaching, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Process Oriented, Product Design, Requirements Analysis, Research and Development, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, Scripting Languages, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Development Management, Software Engineering Practices, Software Testing, Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Technical Credibility, Technologically Savvy
