The Launch Leader, operating as part of the SSD Operations Excellence team (OpX) will consist of a group of high performing operators that can quickly dive into the details of neighboring sites and work with those teams to establish best practices. This team is responsible for supporting new launch site leadership teams from pre-launch through post-launch phases. This role will be traveling up to 75% of the time, in order to get hands-on experience of optimizing processes within the operations, specifically focused around cost and quality. After a 12-18 month rotational through this role, these leaders will have had the ability to diversify their leadership skills, emphasizing on dive deep and think big, and go back to running a building in the SSD network. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
