**Main Responsibilities**
+ Lead the UK launch strategy for a first-in-class therapy in Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes, ensuring all activities are aligned with global frameworks and local market needs.
+ Collaborateacrossteams including Commercial, Market Access, Medical, and Public Affairs to deliver a cohesive and impactful launch plan.
+ Define and tracksuccessmeasures byestablishingkey milestones, timelines, and performance indicators tomonitorprogress before and after launch.
+ Manage the launch budget by overseeing resource allocation,monitoringexpenses, and providing regular financial updates to senior leadership.
+ Identifyand mitigate risks by proactively developing contingency plans to address challenges that could affect launch timelines or deliverables.
+ Drive effective governance and communication by coordinating leadership meetings, enabling swift decision-making, and keeping global and local stakeholders informed of progress.
+ Support team development by helping onboard new roles,identifyingskill gaps, and fostering ways of working that promote agility and collaboration.
**About You**
**Experience:**
+ Launchexpertise in specialty pharmaceuticals, rare diseases, or diabetes, witha track recordof successfully bringing products to market
+ Strategic marketing background that includes developing therapeutic area strategies, positioning, and building awareness in new disease areas
**Soft and Technical Skills:**
+ Collaborative leadership with the ability to influence and align diverse teams across functions and regions
+ Project management capabilities to coordinate complex launch activities, simplify processes, andmaintainmomentum
+ Communication excellence in presenting complex information clearly to various stakeholders, from senior leadership to cross-functional teams
+ Customer insight with experience in external stakeholder engagement and understanding market access dynamics
+ Problem-solving approach that can synthesize complex information and develop practical solutions
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degreein business, life sciences, or a related field
**Languages:**
+ Strong Englishproficiency in both written and verbal communication
