Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lathe/Mill Machinist responsible for setting up and operating turning machines, including Mazak-100, 200, and Integrex i-150. The role involves performing machine setups efficiently, working with various blueprints, and making edits in GibbsCam programming software. You will handle the full process, including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting, while maintaining quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring processes.
ResponsibilitiesSet up Mill and turning machines efficiently and accurately.Work with various blueprints and make necessary edits in GibbsCam programming software.Handle the complete machining process, including operation, setups, tooling changes, and program editing.Perform in-process inspections and monitor quality standards.Monitor and document operational and performance issues, providing feedback to the supervisor.Essential Skills5+ years of CNC setup experience.Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.Fluency in G & M code and ability to edit programs.High-level blueprint reading skills.Experience in production and general production with hand tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong mathematics skills with shop math.Experience with measuring tools and numerical control.Knowledge of CNC machining and operations.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93000.00/yr.
