LatAm Sr Operations Manager, Family Riders
**About the Role** We are looking for an individual with strong project and stakeholder management skills to grow Family Profiles (Teens and Seniors in Latin America. In this role, you will be expected to lead regional efforts to grow the Family business: working with colleagues to set and execute product strategy, monitoring performance, and managing a comprehensive view of how we are facing challenges at a Latam level in order to ensure communication across local teams and related stakeholders. **What the Candidate Will Do** - Work closely with regional and local Operations across LatAm, as well as Product and Global teams to influence roadmaps and priorities and to find opportunities to drive the growth of Teens and Seniors in the region - Maintain a comprehensive regional view of Teens and Seniors in order to help define strategic direction for growth, conversion and retention - Leverage strong analytical and project management skills to identify value-generating challenges and projects at a regional level, size and scope opportunities, and organize them with clear milestones and deliverables. Keep diverse team members aligned and on-track. - Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Execute core analyses and processes, ensuring they run smoothly - Forecast and monitor OKRs related to business growth - Understand risks and opportunities and generate actionable recommendations that consider the business context to minimize the materialization of issues **Basic Qualifications** - **Years of Experience:** 5+ years of professional and demonstrated experience - **Communication**: \[Portuguese or Spanish\] and English fluency - **Executional Excellence**: Ability to easily adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment - **Data-Driven Mentality:** Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture - **Bias to Action**: You thrive in a high-growth environment - **Resourcefulness**: Desire and ability to find the correct approach to make this growing product category a success - **Positive mindset**: Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** 1. **Project Management**: Ability to analyze data to inform project prioritization, as well as organizing projects with milestones and timelines and managing the execution with cross-functional stakeholders 2. **Planning & Organization**: Understand project objectives and create short-term plans and timelines for executing against them 3. **Analytics.** Experience dealing with complex data sets using excel/google sheets (SQL is a plus but not required), deriving and validating insights and synthesising recommendations 4. **Teamwork**: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team.
