Job Description Our media and entertainment client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the PMO! The PMO’s responsibility is to work across the product and technology organization to deliver digital experiences that empower and entertain our users. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with strong technical skills, experience in agile methodologies, and a track record of motivating teams to deeper levels of agility and self-organization to work as a Scrum Master for two of our engineering teams, for Front-end Web and WebTV platforms (Samsung, LG, Vidaa). Skills and Requirements ● 5+ years' experience using Agile project management methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver complex software development projects. ● Experience delivering customer-facing applications is required, with streaming experience highly recommended. ● Experience managing competing priorities, negotiating compromises, and interfacing between a technical team and business partners. ● Solid understanding of agile methodologies, with demonstrated success driving teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency. CSM-required and an advanced-level Agile certification highly desired. ● Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and implement ideas in a fast-paced creative environment. ● You possess unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character. ● You are fearless in embracing issues, challenges and people, striving for the best outcome for individuals as well as the business.
