Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)Unload laser?cut parts using hoists, carts, and appropriate tools (grinders, cut wheels, etc.).Inspect parts for burrs, oxide, and defects; perform de?tabbing, oxide removal, part marking, DA sanding, and Lissmac processing per traveler.Read blueprints/job travelers; confirm specs before processing; label and route parts accurately.Complete paperwork: claim parts/scrap correctly; print labels; update whiteboards/schedules as directed.Identify scrap/rework causes; escalate to foreman when in doubt.Housekeeping & safety: maintain a clean, organized workstation; follow all PPE/OSHA procedures.LASER UNLOADER Days Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Ability to lift and stand for extended periods, comfort handling metal components. Measurement & blueprint literacy (tape measure, calipers; basic print reading).Organized, dependable, and safety?focused; thrives in a fast?paced environment. Nice to have: Tow?motor/forklift or overhead hoist experienceMust be fluent in English (spoken and written).Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
