**Job Description** Join a dynamic steel manufacturing and fabrication facility as a Laser Operator. We are seeking skilled individuals to perform diversified operations on varying materials. **Responsibilities** + Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of machines, including laser tables, to perform diversified operations on varying materials with high precision. + Select speeds and feeds, and determine operational sequences and tooling arrangements. + Diagnose and rectify tooling problems and machine malfunctions. + Set up machines for operation by others. + Prepare orders by processing requests and work orders, pulling materials, and packaging and staging orders for delivery. + Maintain quality service by adhering to organization standards. + Ensure a safe, orderly, and clean work environment. + Complete work orders by entering required data. **Why Work Here?** Experience a smaller team environment that is committed to providing training and flexibility, enhancing both your personal and professional growth. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, KS. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
