Job Title: Laser Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tube Laser Operator to produce parts for agricultural and transportation products. You will work off blueprints, setting up and adjusting programs on CNC Tube Laser Machines. Experience with similar machinery is preferred as you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and making necessary machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Tube Laser Machines to manufacture parts for various products.Set up and adjust programs according to blueprints.Load and unload materials efficiently.Make necessary adjustments to machines to ensure quality output.Interpret and work from blueprints accurately.

Essential Skills

Experience using a tape measure.Proficient in CNC Tube Laser operation.Blueprint reading and interpretation.Machine setup and adjustment experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2 years of experience operating tube laser or similar machines such as plasma, laser, or saw machines.Ability to set up and change over between parts.Strong ability to reach and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a newly expanded, nicer shop with about 40 team members across all shifts. Training will occur during the day shift for 3-6 weeks, with work hours from 4:30pm-3am, Monday through Thursday, and Friday overtime available. A $2/hr shift differential is offered for night shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
