Job Description
We are seeking a skilled laser operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role is crucial to our production process, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to our success.
ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines, including laser, press, mill, and lathe.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.Use calipers and gauges to measure and verify dimensions.Perform laser operation and sheet metal fabrication tasks.Utilize press brakes and other equipment for machine operation.Essential SkillsCNC in laser, press, mill, and lathe.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Experience with laser operation and sheet metal fabrication.Ability to use calipers and gauges effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsBlueprint reading proficiency.Experience in fabrication and use of gauges.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position operates on the 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Training will occur on the 1st shift for the first two weeks. The work environment is dynamic and supports skill development in a collaborative setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, Indiana.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
