**Job Title: CNC Laser Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to set up and operate laser machinery while interpreting blueprints and performing quality inspections to ensure high standards in production. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC laser machinery. + Interpret and work from blueprints to guide production processes. + Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met. + Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to laser operations. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience in CNC Laser operation. + Proficiency in laser operation and blueprint reading. + Familiarity with sheet metal, press brake, and fabrication techniques. + Ability to use micrometers for precise measurements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mazak Laser experience is a plus. + Programming skills are a plus. + 3+ years of laser experience is a bonus. **Why Work Here?** Join a team with low turnover and enjoy working in a temperature-controlled environment with opportunities for cross-training and technology upgrades.
