Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)Set up, operate, and monitor Trumpf CNC laser programs for daily production. Safely and efficiently operate the laser according to machine specifications.Read and follow blueprints, work orders, tolerances, and tooling instructions accurately.Troubleshoot, adjust, or align equipment when necessary to maintain quality and machine performance.Inspect cut parts for burrs, defects, dimensional accuracy, and cut quality.Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures at all times.Communicate effectively with team members regarding material flow, equipment issues, and production status.Complete paperwork, labeling, part counts, and production documentation accurately.Laser Operator – Day Shift Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to ensure safety and accurate interpretation of instructionsPrevious laser operator experience preferred but not required for fast learners.Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, tape measures).Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to multitask.Dependable, self?motivated, and team?oriented work style.Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the shift.
