Job Description

We are seeking candidates that are mechanically inclined or assemblers to perform assembly tasks, including mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. The role requires an individual who can read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly. The assembler will also perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve assembly issues and ensure product functionality. We are willing to train, just wanting mechanically inclined individuals.

Responsibilities (willing to train/just want candidates that can use basic tools)

Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications for accurate component assembly.Basic Assembly. Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve assembly process issues.Coach and train lower-level assemblers in techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Recommend improvements to assembly processes for increased efficiency and reduced waste.Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues.Conduct final quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet company standards.Maintain inventory of parts and materials, ensuring optimal stock levels.Assist with setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated assembly equipment.Follow lean manufacturing guidelines and provide continuous improvement suggestions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
