Landscaping Foreman $30-35/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a Restoration Foreman to lead a small team of 1-3 members on various project sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating equipment for dirt work and will be responsible for ensuring sites appear as if they were never disturbed. Experience with concrete and asphalt is highly desirable.

ResponsibilitiesLead a small team on job sites.Operate equipment to perform dirt work.Clean up trenches and holes created by other teams.Ensure project sites are restored to their original condition.Meet at the shop in Northfield every morning by 6:30am.Work onsite until it makes sense to head back to the shop, generally until 6pm during summer.Drive time to and from the shop to job sites is paid.Work flexible hours during winter, project-based with weekly hours guaranteed.Essential SkillsExperience in landscaping, concrete, and asphalt.Proficiency in operating equipment like skid steer and excavator.General labor and commercial construction experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsDirt work experience.Leadership experience.Equipment operating experience.Experience with concrete and asphalt.Class A CDL is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Expected Spring/Summer/Fall Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am-6pm, with earlier returns on Fridays and optional work on Saturdays. Winter hours are project-based but ensure weekly hours. The work involves meeting at the Northfield shop every morning and traveling to various job sites, with paid drive time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
