A close-knit company is currently seeking a Landscape Project Manager for a full-time permanent position in Walpole, MA.

Responsibilities of Landscape Project Manager:
-Consult with clients to confirm their goals by scheduling and conducting meetings
-Utilize digital and manual techniques to draft detailed landscape plans
-Create three-dimensional landscape models in SketchUp and high-quality renderings in Vectorworks
-Develop comprehensive cost estimates for all landscape projects
-Write and prepare project proposals with great detail
-Present proposals to clients with 3D models, renderings and cost estimates
-Visit sites ensuring proper layouts for project with foreman, team members, and clients
-Perform other project management activities to ensure clients goals are being met for the project

Requirements of Landscape Project Manager:
-Minimum Associates degree in related field; Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape design Preferred
-Proven sales experience with clients
-Experience in landscape project estimation including job costing and management required
-Previous experience in site and project layout
-Proficient in computer-aided design software
-2 years of AutoCAD experience and 1 year of SketchUp experience preferred
-Comprehensive knowledge of plant material and landscape construction techniques
-Ability to draft professional client proposals.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills
-Able to work closely and effectively with designers and foremen

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Payrate: $75, 000.00 - $100, 000.00/ year
